Tech rebounds to beat Furman

Junior rightside Monique Mead had 29 kills, hitting .323, with 14 digs and 8 blocks and junior libero Nicki Meyer led the back row with 18 digs to lead Tech past Furman 17-25, 25-19, 25-22, 29-27 Thursday night in Clemson, SC. Freshman setter Ali Santi notched her third double-double with 47 assists and 17 digs. Mead currently leads the nation at 5.58 kills per set. See story and box score.
